Registration Process

Setting up your UserSearch account involves a few simple steps designed to verify your identity while ensuring rapid access to our platform.

    Provide your professional email, create a strong password, and enter your name

    Select your subscription

    Choose the plan that aligns with your investigation needs and frequency

    Enter payment details through our secure payment processor

    Verify your email

    Click the verification link sent to your registered email address

Account Security

Account settings include two-step verification. Contact hello@usersearch.com to verify any organisational security or compliance requirement.

Add an extra layer of security by enabling 2FA via authenticator app or SMS

Session management

Automatic session expiration after 30 minutes of inactivity with one-click renewal

Enable 2FA from Account settings for additional sign-in protection

Case bookmark protection

A custom Case password derives a private key that encrypts that Case's bookmarks

Important Account Verification

Your account will have limited functionality until you complete the email verification process. If you don't see the verification email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder or request a new verification link from your account dashboard.

After creating your account, we recommend taking a few minutes to personalize your workspace. From your account dashboard, you can:

  • Set default search parameters for frequent investigation types
  • Configure notification preferences for search results and system updates
  • Update your professional profile information and organizational details
