Getting Started

The documented UserSearch v2.0.20 release has 17 Search types. Each Search type presents Modules for specific integrated data sources, with OneScan available as a selected multi-source Module in most Search types.

Results are investigative leads and must be corroborated. Any Match Accuracy value is supplied by the third-party data source rather than calculated by UserSearch.

History retention depends on the active Case mode. Forensic Mode retains bookmarks and history and provides chain-of-custody; Private mode retains no bookmarks or history.

Current results can be exported, and Reports are generated from Case bookmarks. Xlsx is the documented Report file type; other formats need verification.

Accounts can be single or team accounts. Team accounts share Cases and one common credit pool controlled by a team leader from the dedicated Team screen.

Use UserSearch only for lawful, legitimate purposes and corroborate results before acting. UserSearch output is not an FCRA consumer report and must not be used for FCRA-regulated decisions.

Data-source update schedules are not documented and vary by source. The in-product Status pill reports the live, minute-by-minute status of UserSearch integrations and data sets.
