Secure your account and manage your subscription

The Settings area is where you manage your account details, security, and subscription. You reach it from the account menu in the top bar (shown as testAccount in the captured evidence). A breadcrumb reads Dashboard › Settings, and the panel header shows Settings with the subtitle “Manage your account settings and preferences.”

Settings is organised into two tabs, selected from a vertical sub-navigation on the left of the panel:

  • Account — your account details and security (Change Password, Two-Step Verification), plus a Danger Zone for deleting your account.
  • Billing — your current subscription and payment details (Premium Membership, dates, Cancel Subscription, and Other Subscriptions).

The active tab is highlighted with a coral-orange pill. The surrounding application frame — the global left nav and the top bar with your Credits balance, Top-up & History, the Ctrl+K command palette, and the account menu — stays in place while you switch tabs.

The Account tab is titled “Account” with the subtitle “Manage your account details and security settings.” It contains an Account & Security section and a Danger Zone.

The ACCOUNT & SECURITY section groups two expandable rows. Each shows an icon, a label, helper text, and a chevron that expands the row in place.

Change Password”Update your account password”Expands to reveal a password-change form.
Two-Step Verification”Add an extra layer of security”Expands to reveal 2FA setup controls.
  • Change Password updates the password you use to sign in. Expanding the row reveals a password-change form.
  • Two-Step Verification is the product’s 2FA feature — a second authentication factor required at login in addition to your password. Expanding the row reveals the setup controls.

The DANGER ZONE section is rendered in red and contains a single destructive action.

  • Delete Account — described as “Permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.”

Account deletion is gated by an active subscription. In the captured state, a warning banner reads: “You have an active premium subscription. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account.” — with cancel your subscription shown as a link.

To delete your account while a Premium Membership is active:

  1. On the Account tab, note the warning in the Danger Zone.
  2. Select the cancel your subscription link (or go to the Billing tab and use Cancel Subscription).
  3. Complete the cancellation.
  4. Return to the Danger Zone to delete your account.

The Billing tab is titled “Billing” with the subtitle “Manage your subscription and payment details.” A coral-orange Premium badge appears at the top-right. It contains a Current Plan section and an Other Subscriptions section.

The CURRENT PLAN section shows a Premium Membership card with a diamond icon and a green Active status badge. The card displays three dated fields, each read-only:

FieldExample value
START DATEDec 25, 2023
END DATEJun 25, 2028
RENEWAL DATEJan 25, 2028

The dates shown above are the values captured for one specific account; yours will differ.

Below the dates sits a red-outlined Cancel Subscription button.

  • Selecting Cancel Subscription starts the cancellation flow.
  • This is the same cancellation action referenced by the Danger Zone link, and it is the prerequisite for unlocking Delete Account.

The OTHER SUBSCRIPTIONS section lists any additional or add-on subscriptions. In the captured state it shows an empty-state card reading “No other active subscriptions.”

  • Your subscription and your credits are separate. The Premium Membership managed here is a recurring Subscription. It is distinct from Credits (your prepaid usage currency) and from Top-up / Auto-topup, which are managed elsewhere.
  • There are two independent credit pools — the main Global search-credits pool and the S.A.R.G.E. (AI Agent) pool — topped up and spent independently. Neither is the same thing as the Premium Membership subscription shown on the Billing tab.
  • Team accounts share one common pool of credits and can share Cases, all controlled by a team leader.
