Bookmark and manage saved results
A Bookmark is a single saved result kept inside a Case for later review and export. Bookmarking turns an individual finding into persisted evidence: it stays attached to its Case, appears on the Bookmarks page, and becomes source material for a generated Report.
Keep three related but distinct ideas separate:
- A Bookmark is one saved result inside a Case.
- An Export is an ad-hoc download of the current results table.
- A Report is a generated
.xlsxartefact built from saved results and stored in a Case.
Do not conflate them. This page covers Bookmarks and the Report-generation controls that live on the Bookmarks page.
What a bookmark records
Section titled “What a bookmark records”Each bookmark row records the data source or lookup Search type it came from. In the captured data, search types such as reverse-email-epieos, reverse-email-predicta, and reverse-lookup-enriched name the data source or enrichment source behind each saved email result.

The Bookmarks page
Section titled “The Bookmarks page”Open Bookmarks from the left navigation. The page subtitle reads “Manage and export your saved search results,” and the page stacks three working areas top to bottom:
- The Report-generation panel.
- The Bookmarks table.
- The shared Case Summary panel.
Report-generation panel
Section titled “Report-generation panel”Reports are generated from the Bookmarks page — the Reports page itself only lists, downloads, and deletes them. The panel lays its controls out left to right:
| Control | Label | Function |
|---|---|---|
| Case filter | FILTER BY CASE | Restricts the Report (and the table) to a single Case. |
| Format | FILE TYPE | Chooses the export file format. Captured value: Xlsx. |
| Filename | FILENAME | Names the generated Report file. |
| Toggle | INCLUDE BASIC CASE DETAILS | Embeds basic case details into the Report. |
| Toggle | INCLUDE CASE HISTORY | Embeds the case history into the Report. |
| Action | Generate Report | Coral button; produces the Report artefact from the current selections. |
| Search | SEARCH | Text filter over the Bookmarks table. |
To generate a Report from your bookmarks:
- Set FILTER BY CASE to the Case whose bookmarks you want to export.
- Choose the FILE TYPE.
- Enter a FILENAME.
- Optionally enable INCLUDE BASIC CASE DETAILS and INCLUDE CASE HISTORY.
- Select Generate Report.
The generated artefact then appears on the Reports page, ready to download.
Bookmarks table
Section titled “Bookmarks table”A card titled Bookmarks holds the table. Its columns are:
select-checkbox · ID · CASE · TYPE · CATEGORY · VALUE · BOOKMARKED AT · ACTIONS
- Each row has a leading checkbox for selection.
- The ACTIONS column has a Delete button (trash icon) that removes that single bookmark.
- The table is vertically scrollable, so more rows may exist below the visible set.
The CATEGORY value names the underlying data source or enrichment source (for example EPIEOS, PredictaSearch, and an “enriched” reverse lookup) behind each bookmarked result. BOOKMARKED AT is shown in DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS format.
Case Summary
Section titled “Case Summary”At the bottom of the Bookmarks page, the shared Case Summary panel aggregates per-Case totals:
CASE NAME · NUMBER OF BOOKMARKS · REPORTS CREATED · LAST UPDATE
Each row shows how many Bookmarks and Reports exist for that Case. A LAST UPDATE of N/A indicates the Case has no recorded activity to timestamp. The listed Cases correspond to your account’s active Cases — the same ones offered in the FILTER BY CASE dropdown.
Related pages
Section titled “Related pages”- Forensic Mode and Cases — bookmarks and history are retained only for audited (Forensic Mode ON) Cases.
- Reports — the list of generated Report artefacts, where you download or delete them.
- History — the account’s search-and-login activity log for audited Cases.
